Kitchen Manager
Opis stanowiska:
Meet the Employer. We are in Krakow between 8th and 11th March 2011.
We need skilled and experienced chefs to join us on permanent contracts as
Kitchen Manager
Main duties:
You will be responsible for all aspects of the food operation including staff, stock/waste/quality control, meeting cooking and menu specifications, productivity, and kitchen administration.
Wymagania:
- Experienced senior chef that is able to manage a kitchen team
- Experience with high volume, with banquets, cruise lines, or similar
- Very good level of spoken and written English
- Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Available to come to England in March or April 2011, and be able to commit to a permanent contrac
